Full stack development (React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python)
API integrations with LinkedIn, job boards, email + SMS platforms
Scalable job orchestration using background queues and cloud-native architecture
Large language model (LLM) pipelines using OpenAI, Claude, etc.
Data Science, Analytics & Data Engineering
We’re hiring data scientists, product analysts, ML engineers, and data engineers to power AMA Career’s intelligence layer.
You’ll work on:
A/B testing, causal inference, and behavioral analytics
Job match prediction, user segmentation, funnel drop-off analysis
LLM-based response evaluation and scoring
Data pipelines using SQL, Airflow, dbt, AWS/GCP, and Snowflake
